CYM RFC are proud to announce the official launch of the CYM Supporters Club!
Here’s a quick update on what’s been happening with the club:
We have undergone exceptional growth in the past six years, expanding from one men’s team to now holding a robust squad of two men's teams and two women's teams! Our longstanding friendly match with Haddington continues, and both our men’s and women’s squads have toured abroad to represent CYM. In 2017 our first women’s team won the Leinster Division 2 final and moved up to Division 1. In 2018 the Division 5 men beat out our neighbourhood rivals Terenure College to avoid relegation and remain in Division 5. Our Division 4 women finished mid-table for their first official season in 2017 and the addition of a new Division 11 men’s team has brought in new members and welcomed back veterans to the club.
The 2018/2019 season is sure to be an exceptional one for CYM. With a fantastic coaching structure in place we have a solid foundation to build off of moving forward. With 60+ matches (and counting) scheduled between our 4 teams for the upcoming season, there is great buzz about the club and much need for support at games.
With 94 years of history behind us and a bright future ahead, there is no better time than now to get back involved with CYM. Join our supporters club today!
